Countdown begun!

It's been almost two years since my last holiday and I am counting down the days.  Booked these flights to England at the end of last year and then the Kuala Lumpur - London segment was cancelled in May when Air Asia decided it was no longer flying that route and so everything has been up in the air.  But on Friday, I received the phone call which reinstated those flights but on Malaysian Airlines, on the same days and at slightly better times so I can now go ahead and make plans.  Except for stopovers in KL on the way over and back, I will spend time with my Indian family in Belfast, visit Ireland where I have never been but hear is absolutely wonderful for 9 days, and then to Telford to visit with my English rellies who I love catching up with.  Can't wait.  Because of the Diamond Jubilee, Olympics and school holidays, it may be the busiest time to visit the UK but it will also mean a great atmosphere and a lot of excitement in the air so should be fun.
